1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 786fun ("786fun", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 786fun website, mobile interface and all associated betting, casino and gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

786fun is an online entertainment platform that offers sports betting markets, live-dealer casino games and slot-style gaming products to eligible adult users. 2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

3 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 786fun platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following events:

• You make a deposit into your Account; or

4 Account Eligibility

Age verification will be required as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds returned subject to verification.

3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Services is lawful in your location. 786fun does not claim that its Services are legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or have applied for self-exclusion on any licensed gambling platform in your jurisdiction.
5. Single Account: Each user is permitted only one (1) registered Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

5 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

786fun reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Registration does not guarantee the right to use all features of the platform. Certain features — including withdrawals — are conditional on completion of KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You agree to notify 786fun immediately via the support email if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

786fun will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6 KYC & Verification

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, 786fun requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before accessing specific platform features.

KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of residential address (issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method (e.g., account statement or screenshot);
• Source of funds documentation where required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request will result in the request being placed on hold. 786fun reserves the right to suspend or close an Account that fails to satisfy verification requirements.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 786fun platform are denominated in PKR unless an alternative currency option is expressly displayed in the cashier. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the cashier section and may be updated by the platform from time to time.

Payment method options available to Pakistani users may include familiar local payment channels. References to services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are for contextual familiarity only. These payment providers do not endorse 786fun, and 786fun makes no representation of affiliation with or approval from these institutions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification;
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the funds to be withdrawn;
• Minimum withdrawal threshold as stated in the cashier;

8 Betting Rules

All sports betting, live casino and gaming activity on the 786fun platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all wagering activity:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format. The potential return on a wager is calculated as: Stake × Decimal Odds = Total Return (including original stake).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except where a Void Bet condition applies.
• 786fun reserves the right to void a bet at any time where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error or integrity concern.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

786fun may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific bonus terms published alongside the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to those specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions include but are not limited to the following:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit + bonus amount) — the specific multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, household address or shared IP address.
• 786fun reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of arbitrage strategies or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account closure.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786fun platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is expressly prohibited;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the platform;
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, loss limits or self-exclusion measures;
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of an event's outcome;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using the platform's services for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from 786fun.

786fun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected, withhold all associated balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the conduct to relevant authorities.

11 Responsible Gambling

786fun is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The platform offers the following tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount that may be added to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount you may lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic notifications or logouts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, one week or longer.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, longer-term restriction on Account access. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period set by the operator.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any platform content;
• Create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools on the platform;
• Frame or embed any part of the platform on another website without prior written consent.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786fun and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors;
• Any legal or financial consequences arising from your accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786fun makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or uninterrupted availability.

14 Suspension & Termination

786fun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity;
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Provision of false information during registration;
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.

On suspension or closure, any real-money balance held in the Account will be subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Balances determined to be legitimate will be returned to the verified payment method on file after the investigation is concluded.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagers and the settlement of any pending withdrawal.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786fun holds its operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the platform's internal complaints process as follows:

1. Submit a written complaint to the support email address;
2. 786fun will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days;
3. A full response will be provided within fourteen (14) calendar days;
4. If the complaint remains unresolved, escalation options will be communicated at that stage.

16 Amendments to These Terms

786fun reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, 786fun will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the platform or via registered email.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 786fun recommends checking this page at regular intervals, particularly before making a new deposit or accepting a promotional offer.
